“DISRUPT Your DISTRACTIONS!”
You get to work, but for whatever reason, something just has you checking your notifications all morning.
Then you figure, “Ah, heck, I’ll just take an early lunch”.
But then, when you get back from lunch, you realize you have:
a) the morning work still to do
b) and the afternoon work still to do
So what do you do?
Keep distracting yourself till 5 o’clock.
Then, you get home, eat some dinner, watch some TV, and THEN your mind will let you focus…
So you stay up late working and get to bed late.
Which gives you a late start the next day…
And the cycle compounds and repeats.
